iPhone water eject sound not playing?
First watch the timer. A timer that does not move suggests a loading or playback problem; a moving timer without sound suggests volume or audio routing. Neither alone proves liquid damage.

Tap Play once and wait. If an error appears, retry using the button. If you opened the page inside another app, open it directly in Safari. The browser may need a fresh tap to allow audio.
The timer moves but the phone is silent
Adjust media volume while playback runs. In Control Center, select iPhone as the audio destination and disconnect AirPods, Bluetooth or AirPlay. Compare with ordinary music or speech at a comfortable volume.
Sound stops when I leave the page
