Play the left and right channel tones separately, then compare ordinary spoken audio on both sides and retry with another source device.
02Why is one earbud quieter than the other?+
A poor seal, blocked mesh, off-center balance setting, low battery, Bluetooth pairing problem or damaged driver can make one side quieter.
03Why does one earbud sound muffled?+
Fit, debris on the mesh, water exposure or driver damage can reduce clarity on one side. Do not push pins or liquid through the mesh.
